Asian Noodle Soup

Here's something completely different, again, quickly done with quite a fresh taste. Either use this for starters or as primary dish.

Ingrediences

Preparation

Put 2 liters water on the stove, throw the beef cube in.

If you have chosen chicken, cut it into thin slices. The fish should be cut into squares of 2-3cm. The shrimps are ok as they are. Pour some soy sauce over them and leave everything alone.

Chop the cabbage into thin finger long slices. Cut the carrot in 5cm pieces, cut those into slices, cut the slices along their long side into chops.

The Cooking

Put the white cabbage into a hot pan with a bit of oil, stir it around, add the carrot chops, stir some more, then throw it all into the by now cooking broth. Add the chicken/fish/shrimps including the soy sauce. Add the orange juice and let everything boil up shortly while stiring the honey under.

Now add salt by taste and a lot of black pepper.

Right at the end, throw the rice noodles and the soy bean sprouts into the pot. Turn off the heat and wait no longer than 1 minute and you're ready to serve. The overall taste should be pretty fruity, fresh but warming.
