Spaghetti with molten tomatos
This is quite a simple recipe for starters. It's quickly done and, except for the balsamico all of the ingrediences should be available in a basic kitchen.
- 250 gr. spaghetti
- 500 gr. tomatos
- 1 med. sized onion
- Balsamico
- Honey
- Oil
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparations
Prepare the noodles before doing anything else, since it'll take some time to have the water cooking. By the time the water is ready for the noodles, you also should be done with the preparations.
Chop the onion into small pieces, then cut the tomatos into halves, cut away the green triangle, then slice the halves 2 times more into 6ths or 8th .
The Cooking
By the time you're finished with the chopping and slicing, the water should be boiling. Put the spaghetti into the water, they should take about 6-8 minutes from here on.
Put some olive oil into a large flat pan onto the stove, turn the heat to the highest level. Once the pan is hot put the onions into the pan. Stirr fry them as they get soft and brown, then put the tomatos into the pan.
Let the tomatos cook, every once in a while stirring them until most of the tomatos are molten. Use salt and pepper as you like, add a spoolful of honey. Make sure you don't stumble over the dog. This should take about as long as the spaghetti will need to be done. Pour some 2 or 3 spoons of balsamico over the sauce, stirr some more and you're done.
