Basic noodles
Noodles are the secret to successful late after work cooking. You can combine them with all kindes of tasty sauces, you don't need to peel them and it's most difficult to mess them up.
I usually cook my noodles with a lot of saltwater and a bit of oil. Make sure you continually taste the consistency of the noodles after about 6 minutes of cooking, so you can still bite them, but they don't taste like flour anymore.
Pour the noodles into a sieve once they're done, then pour some cold water over them and you're finished.
